Refund & Cancellation
If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery. Include a clear video or images detailing the issue, along with the reason for the return. Acceptable reasons for a return include manufacturing defects or damages occurring during transit. Once your return request is accepted, you will be notified of your eligibility for a refund.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Please allow this timeframe for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.
Exchange Policy
